For Families
Working as a bridge between parents, providers and employers in the communities of Otsego county, The Child Care Connection helps families find child care solutions for their children. A program of Catholic Charities of Delaware and Otsego Counties, The Child Care Connection is the Child Care Resource and Referral for Otsego County and maintains a database of child care providers throughout the county, and helps families find quality child care programs through education and resources.
Our referrals are tailored to meet individual family needs and are available by phone, e-mail, fax, online, and in person.
We can help you with:
- Finding child care
- Choosing child care
- Answering questions you may have surrounding child care
- Technical assistance and workshops on a variety of topics
Our service is free of charge, confidential, and is open to all families.
The Child Care Connections welcomes parents to attend our trainings and events. Please see our Training and Events Calendar for upcoming topics of interest, as well as a registration form for your convenience. You can also request a training topic, or technical assistance with any immediate issues you may be facing. You can make that request by calling our office and speaking with a Child Care Specialist, or by completing the request form for review.
